Biographical Information Malisa Smith, RN, is the Owner and Founder of Graceful Journey Holistic Assisted Living, a locally owned residential assisted living home in Harford County. With 35 years of nursing experience, including 26 years as a hospice nurse, her approach to care is grounded in compassion, dignity, and person-centered support for older adults and their families.
