Ellen S. Platt

Biographical Info Ellen is a both a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a certified Professional Geriatric Care Manager, who has spent over 28 years providing care management and case coordination services to those with catastrophic injury, chronic diseases and disabilities. Out of that arose the need for the same types of services specifically for seniors and their caregivers. Her primary practice is now focused on working with caregivers and aging families to manage the large variety of issues and needs, specific to that population.
