Spencer Kline

My name is Spencer Kline.  I am very proud to be the Co-Chair and founding member of the “National Aging in Place Council – Greater Baltimore Chapter”.  The mission of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) is to bring professionals and communities together to champion Aging in Place through collaboration, education, and advocacy.

I am also a “Senior Reverse Mortgage Specialist” with City First Mortgage specializing in the Reverse Mortgage! With a knack for both reverse and traditional mortgages, I have been a top producer dedicated to realizing my client’s needs and dreams. I have been in the mortgage industry for the past 30 years. I have been working with the senior community and reverse mortgage loans for the last 8 years. I am fully committed and humbled with helping seniors with their mortgage financial needs. My mission is to fully educate seniors on how a Reverse Mortgage could benefit them in retirement whether that be refinancing their current home to provide supplemental retirement income by utilizing the equity in their home. “Use Their Home to Stay in Their Home” or by increasing their monthly cashflow by eliminating their current mortgage payment or both. I also provide detailed information to the senior who is thinking about moving for any number of reasons, downsizing, needs to be one level (no stairs), spouse pasted away, moving closer to family on utilizing the “Reverse for Purchase” (R4P) program where I educate the senior on using a Reverse Mortgage to buy a new home. Beyond work, i am a beach enthusiast and I love spending time on my boat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the calming waves. I love to fish or really anything to do with fishing. I enjoy spending time with friends and family but most of all I love experiencing life with my incredible girlfriend.
